Answer:    None whatsoever. In fact you have no obligation to accept any offer that you are not completely comfortable with.

Answer:    Absolutely. We have local cash investors here in Houston, Texas, and this is where most of our house sellers and buyers are.

Question: Where is your office in Houston?

Answer:    We have not one, but many investors working throughout the Houston, TX area, who buy houses. Whether it's North Houston, South East Houston, South West Houston, or just West, or East Houston, there are different investors working in all of these areas. Once you submit your offer you'll be contacted by an investor working within your area. Depending on your location, you may receive multiple offers as well.

Question: What do you mean by "we have investors", do they all work for you?

Answer:   Once you submit the above form to get an offer on your house, an investor will contact you as soon as possible about making an offer. You have probably seen signs from different investors around Houston offering to buy houses for cash. Well, here we have not just one investor, but many local investors subscribed to get information on and make offers to purchase your house.

Question: What if I don't like any of the offers I receive?

Answer:   Well, as the term "no obligation offer" implies, you do not have to accept any offers. If you cannot find an investor who can make an offer you are happy with, this approach might not be right for you. You might consider trying the more traditional selling methods, such as using a Realty company. The right company, the right price and the right location, are all factors to consider and that will have a bearing on selling your house.

Question: Are any of your investors Realtors, or Realty companies?

Answer:    Usually not, but there are in fact some investors who may be licensed and who may in fact also run a traditional Realty company. We do not keep track of and would not be informed of this within our network. So that would be up to you to find out about, if you find an investor through this, or a similar site, who is also offering to list your home for sale. Remember, these decisions are yours and it is up to you what company you decide to work with. Due diligence research and asking lots of questions are not only appropriate, but necessary.
